Creamy Iced Applesauce Bars

Ingredients

• •2 cups applesauce
• •1/2 cup milk
• •1/2 cup warm water
• •1/2 cup orange juice
• •1/4 cup white sugar
• •1 tablespoon poppy seeds, or more to taste
• •1 pinch ground cinnamon
• •1 pinch ground nutmeg
• •1/4 cup dulce de leche, or more to taste

Steps

1. 1Blend applesauce, milk, warm water, orange juice, poppy seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a blender until smooth. Pour into a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until very cold, at least 1 to 2 hours. Cut into squares or bars and top with a dollop of dulce de leche.
