Quick Reuben Pasta Salad

Ingredients

• •1 (16 ounce) package bow-tie pasta
• •4 ounces shredded corned beef
• •4 ounces sauerkraut
• •3 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
• •3 ounces Thousand Island salad dressing

Steps

1. 1Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the bow-tie pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally, until cooked through yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes; drain.
2. 2Mix pasta, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing together in a bowl until evenly coated.
